Meet Caroline Hart: Developmental Coach and Supervisor

During and after our students complete their training with Integrate Training, many choose to continue their personal and professional development with ongoing supervision and coaching support. This is where growth deepens — where the skills learned in training become integrated into competent, safe and sustainable practice.
Caroline Hart brings quality support in her role as our Developmental Coach and Supervisor, which is why she is part of our core team at Integrate Training.
Caroline’s Background and Experience
Caroline is a professional coach, a trained Supervisor and Assessor, and experienced NLP Trainer. Practising as Kent Life Coach, Caroline has been supporting clients, coaches and practitioners for over 20 years. What makes Caroline’s work distinctive is her ability to support practitioners with case dilemmas and help them navigate the demands of their work and personal challenges.
Caroline offers our students and graduates reduced-cost supervision and coaching sessions to help them with both personal and professional development. Her approach is both playful and trauma-sensitive. Caroline creates a space where vulnerability feels safe and growth feels possible. During and when students are working through a challenging client situation, questioning their competence and readiness, or simply needing someone who understands their unique pressures Caroline will listen, acknowledge and offer you her professional coaching guidance.
Caroline’s Approach
Caroline’s expertise spans supervision for coaches, NLP and IEMT practitioners. A range that reflects her understanding that we cannot separate who we are from how we practice. Caroline brings what she calls “super-vision”: helping practitioners gain perspective not just to individual cases, but on their entire practice and themselves within it.
Many describe working with Caroline as feeling both supported and challenged, held and stretched. She has the rare gift of making difficult conversations feel lighter while never diminishing their importance.
Caroline’s work reflects what we value most at Integrate Training: the integration of competence, compassion, and ongoing development. Her support helps our students and graduates balance building a sustainable, ethical practice while staying connected to why they chose this work in the first place.
Warmest wishes,
Joanna
