Discovery Day Live Online

All training will be offered live online via Zoom until at least 4th January 2021.

A Discovery Day Session of NLP, Mindfulness, and  Coaching could just be the distraction you need right now! Enjoy from the comfort of your own armchair, we will Zoom the Discovery Day session to you.

You can experience the benefits of Coaching, MIndfulness, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) skills and find out what they can do for you in this uncertain time. So we have revised this popular, fun and, experiential session to flow whilst live online, and reduced the fee too. We know that connection, creativity, and support can help people cope during times of change, uncertainty, and challenge.

Find out what NLP is, discover and use some of the foundation skills and concepts, and learn a helpful self Coaching method. We will explore a Mindfulness self-regulation technique too.

Everyone who is interested or curious is welcome to sign up. If you have not used Zoom before, that’s OK, we will send you the links you need and help you connect.

This session will run from 9:30am-2:30pm UK time. (GMT +1)

Certificates of Attendance will be emailed to you, and training handouts of the content we cover.

Booking is essential. Once you have paid we will send you the meeting link.

If you wish to complete your Accredited NLP Diploma, Accredited NLP Practitioner, Mindfulness Coaching or Impactful Coach training with us, this day is Day One of your training. The Discovery Day attendance fee is deducted from your future training fees.

Explanation of Precautions when Participating in Breath-Body-Mind™ Programs *

Welcome to the Breath-Body-Mind™ Workshop. You will learn ancient and modern techniques to relieve stress and improve physical and mental well-being. The practices are safe for most people. Nevertheless, some people may experience physical discomfort, particularly if they have had recent injury or surgery, joint pain, back pain, muscle pain, or a very sedentary lifestyle.

BBM practices can be done gently, sitting, or lying down if necessary. Listen to your body. If you experience physical discomfort, stop, relax, and tell one of the instructors.

Sometimes during the practices, emotions emerge, such as sadness, worry, or anger. Usually, such feelings are mild to moderate, short-term, and easy to manage. However, if you experience intense or disturbing emotions during the practices, please ask one of the instructors for support and guidance. If distress persists, ask the instructors for advice before continuing.

Please consult your personal physician if you have had recent surgery, uncontrolled high blood pressure, recent heart attack, or difficulty breathing before doing these practices. Breath-Body-Mind instructors may need to modify some of the practices for individuals with certain physical or emotional issues.

Please inform the staff at the time of registration and the instructors ahead of time if you have any of the following conditions: bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, autism spectrum, panic disorder, flashbacks or dissociation, acute or severe asthma, moderate to severe chronic obstructive lung disease, recent coronavirus with residual cough or airway sensitivity. If you have post-coronavirus airway sensitivity, you may need to do the breath practices more gently and avoid forceful breathing.

Also, please notify the instructors if you are pregnant. Pregnant women can benefit from Coherent Breathing. However, they should avoid breath holding, forceful breath practices, and lying on their right side (3rd trimester).

The practices being taught in this workshop are not intended to be a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment of any specific condition. If you suspect that you have a physical or mental condition, please consult your personal physician or primary healthcare provider.
