Interesting new things can start with a Discovery Day!

Our Discovery Day is a unique workshop that many people attend, benefit from and enjoy just for the day. (5 hours live online)

It is also an ideal start for those who want to train to Coach others and learn to use Practitioner skills confidently.

We include an introduction to a blend of modalities including NLP, Mindfulness, Coaching and Integral Eye Movement Techniques (IEMT), this could just be the distraction you need right now! Enjoy the popular Discovery Day from the comfort of your own armchair, we will Zoom the session to you.

We have developed this popular, fun and experiential session to flow whilst live online, and reduced the fee to just £25 too. We know that connection, creativity and support can help people cope during times of change, uncertainty, and challenge.

It is also an introduction to our style of training, an opportunity for you to spend time with the Trainers, ask questions, meet others and decide which course is right for you.

You will find out what NLP is, discover and use some of the key foundation skills and concepts, and learn a helpful and insightful self Coaching method. We will explore techniques from Mindfulness and IEMT for self-regulation and self-soothing too.

Discovery Day is suitable for everyone who is interested exploring these skills and topics for their own personal interest or personal development. It is also ideal for you if you are considering professional training, adding skills to your skill-set, attending for your  professional development, or thinking of a change of career or direction.

Our Trainers are Certified and experienced in a range of modalities and, all work with their own clients in their private practice in a person-centred, integrative way.

If you have not used Zoom before, that’s OK, we will send you the links you need and help you connect.

This session will run from 9:30am-2:30pm London, UK time. (GMT)

Certificates of Attendance will be emailed to you, and training handouts of the content we cover.

Booking is essential. Once you have paid we will send you the meeting and resources links.

If you wish to complete your Accredited NLP Diploma, Accredited NLP Practitioner or Accredited NLP Coach training with us, this day is considered Day One of your training.

During Discovery Day we also cover useful skills for those wishing to train as a Mindfulness Coach or an Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) Practitioner.

Explanation of Precautions when Participating in Breath-Body-Mind™ Programs *

Welcome to the Breath-Body-Mind™ Workshop. You will learn ancient and modern techniques to relieve stress and improve physical and mental well-being. The practices are safe for most people. Nevertheless, some people may experience physical discomfort, particularly if they have had recent injury or surgery, joint pain, back pain, muscle pain, or a very sedentary lifestyle.

BBM practices can be done gently, sitting, or lying down if necessary. Listen to your body. If you experience physical discomfort, stop, relax, and tell one of the instructors.

Sometimes during the practices, emotions emerge, such as sadness, worry, or anger. Usually, such feelings are mild to moderate, short-term, and easy to manage. However, if you experience intense or disturbing emotions during the practices, please ask one of the instructors for support and guidance. If distress persists, ask the instructors for advice before continuing.

Please consult your personal physician if you have had recent surgery, uncontrolled high blood pressure, recent heart attack, or difficulty breathing before doing these practices. Breath-Body-Mind instructors may need to modify some of the practices for individuals with certain physical or emotional issues.

Please inform the staff at the time of registration and the instructors ahead of time if you have any of the following conditions: bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, autism spectrum, panic disorder, flashbacks or dissociation, acute or severe asthma, moderate to severe chronic obstructive lung disease, recent coronavirus with residual cough or airway sensitivity. If you have post-coronavirus airway sensitivity, you may need to do the breath practices more gently and avoid forceful breathing.

Also, please notify the instructors if you are pregnant. Pregnant women can benefit from Coherent Breathing. However, they should avoid breath holding, forceful breath practices, and lying on their right side (3rd trimester).

The practices being taught in this workshop are not intended to be a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment of any specific condition. If you suspect that you have a physical or mental condition, please consult your personal physician or primary healthcare provider.
