At Integrate Training we are delighted to now be offering courses in Breath-Body-Mind™
In July 2022 you can attend the 12-hour BBM Fundamentals Course, previously known as the BBM Introductory Course, which is a pre-requisite to level one BBM Teacher Training.
Lead by Senior BBM Teacher Joanna Harper, with talks by the developers Drs Richard Brown, MD and Patricia Gerbarg, MD.
In October 2022 you can progress to Level One Teacher Training.
